At A Table Apart we have decided to take a step in the right direction and focus on sustainable seafood and natural meats. We serve seafood that is not considered to be overfished and seafood that does not contain high levels of mercury. We also choose meat and poultry products that reflect the same beliefs. Our fish is always fresh, never frozen and raised in clean, open ocean waters and is cut fresh daily. Organic salmon is sustainably raised in the surging clear, fresh waters of the North Atlantic. Sea Bass comes from the deep, Patagonian South Pacific waters. Ranch raised lamb and meats are open grazing on hundreds of acres and feeding naturally. Free range poultry and organic produce is locally sourced from Waymore Farms, Colusa Farms, East Fork Creek Gardens, Stropharia Farms and Farmer Mike’s in Bonita Springs providing true farm to table freshness. Our scratch kitchen is hard at work every day to make sure everything is made in house from our stocks to our sauces. Ensuring no wastage of the high quality ingredients is of utmost importance therefore all our dressings, condiments and salads are all prepared fresh daily. Whenever possible we source items locally to support our community and we are proud to use several small vendors versus one big box company for our products. Although these standards may increase our costs and limit our sources, we believe that we are taking the correct approach to serving you the freshest, highest quality food.
